Application

Used for a wide range of masonry and general-purpose plastering tasks, Energy Ready Mix Plaster is packaged in 40kg bags that contain specialized cements, processed river sand, and chemical additives. These components are meticulously pre-mixed, weighed, graded, and then securely packed in bags. Before application, ensure that all surfaces intended for plastering are entirely free from oil, grease, impurities, and other contaminants. Additionally, it is important to prevent the accumulation of standing water.

Here’s a step-by-step guide for optimal usage:

  1. Add 6 to 7 liters of water to a 40kg bag of Energy Ready Mix Plaster.
  2. Thoroughly mix the contents for 3 to 4 minutes before proceeding to use.
  3. The water quantity should not exceed 10 liters per 40kg bag of Energy Ready Mix Plaster.
  4. The plaster can be applied in a single coat of up to 24 to 26 mm thickness.
